Woodlands Camping Area - Redbank Gorge - West MacDonnell National Park

Cost: $5 per adult and $2.50 per child per night.

Booking:  Bookings cannot be made at this campground.

The Woodlands Camping Area is situated on the Larapinta Trail and has designated 13 sites.  Each site has its own gas BBQ and picnic table and the BBQ has fire rings as well as a hot plate.  These are free to use.  There are also large drive-through sites for large caravans. 

The drive into this are is beautiful and this is the first of two camping areas in this gorge. (the other being the Ridgetop Camping area)
