The Saltwater Crossing camping area within Rinyirru (Lakefield) National Park is a lovely camping area with plenty of large sites under freshwater mangroves and beside a gorgeous creek. Fires are permitted and you can fish in the creek HOWEVER be beware that crocodiles inhabit this area so care must be taken.
