The Gidgee Bush Camp is a lovely area to spend the night.  Fires permitted, hot showers for a gold coin and a bunch of cute animals to play with.  There is also a shop full of arty-farty stuff and Morven is just a short drive away with the best country pub for the evening meal.  Dogs are permitted also as long as they are well behaved.
