Flanagans Reserve Bush Camping area is nestled upon 12 hectares of camping grounds. Set in a natural bush area and sitting quietly along the banks of the Logan River, it is adjacent to Mt Maroon and the surrounding foothills of the world Heritage listed Mt Barney National Park.
The campground has large open areas for campers to spread out and plenty of trees for shade. There are no designated sites. There are fire pits for use and firewood is for sale at the office. Showers are coin operated at 20 cents per minute and the machines take 20 cent coins only.
Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times.
The office has a small kiosk to buy ice creams and milk and there is also a facility to swap gas bottles.
There is water available at the washing up area of the amenities block.
