The Camooweal Billabong is a lovely stretch of water which sustains a multitude of plant and wildlife. While Live2Camp was there, lillies were floating in the water. 

There are many areas to camp all along the billabong and there are no designated sites.  Dogs are permitted.  There are no showers or toilets however there are a number of rubbish bins provided by the council.
