The Borumba Dam campground is located just 800m from the boat ramp and has large open areas for camping.  There is a kiosk selling basic essentials and there is a gorgeous waterhole for swimming in the Yabba Creek.  There are also powered sites available and fires are permitted.  The kiosk sells firewood. There are hot showers and toilets and although mobile phone reception is limited, there is a public phone box for use. A small playground is also located in the camping area for the kids.  It is very important to book most times at this campground as the sites fill fast especially during long weekends and holiday periods.
